Planning is the bedrock of all good trips. Listing out places and doing the research to know if it's safe to go, understanding how to travel, what currency to use, where to stay, what to do. Traveling to me is experiencing cultures first hand and having a secure place to dwell and reflect. To me learning is best on the go and stories best told in person after the journey has ended.
